Welcome to a new Academic Year,

It is with great pleasure that we have welcomed the new year 7 cohort to The Vyne this week. Already they have been impressing us with their conduct and presentation, they have set a high standard which I know Mr Morey, their Head of Year will be keen to maintain.

It has been so lovely seeing all of our returning students and hearing about what they have been up to over the summer.

Lessons have started well and students are already back in the swing of things!

Cashless Catering

You will have received a letter this week about our cashless catering service.  To ensure the smooth running of the service we politely ask that all student accounts are topped up regularly as the canteen are not able to accept any cash payments. If you do have any problems with loading money onto your child’s account please email with the details of the issues you are having.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Please can I ask parents to park considerately when dropping off and collecting students to ensure that our neighbours can access their properties during these busy times, many thanks.

Have a lovely weekend.

Mrs Pearce

Year Group News

Year 7 - Mr Morey

A great start to the year from the new year 7 cohort. Parents please encourage your child to look at their planner the night before school and check that they have equipment and homework in their bag that they need for the next day. Please do also use the planner to communicate with school, and sign it weekly.

Year 8 - Mr Duffy

It was great to see my year group back in school today - I felt lost without them yesterday. If you have any concerns or worries please contact the tutor in the first instance.

Year 9 - Ms Cunio

I am Ms Cunio the new Head of Year 9, I know many of the students in the year group well already, but look forward to getting to know everyone better and supporting them through their time at The Vyne.
